We’re so excited to welcome comic Andrew Stanley and special guest, Danielle Strickland to LIFT 2019!

Danielle is the author of 5 books with her most recent being The Ultimate Exodus: Finding Freedom From What Enslaves You and The Zombie Gospel: The Walking Dead and What it means to be Human. She is host of DJStrickland Podcast, Co-founder of Infinitum, Amplify Peace, Brave Global and Women Speakers Collective. Danielle is a mom of 3, wife to @stephencourt and has been affectionately called the "ambassador of fun".

Andrew Stanley is an Atlanta-based stand-up comedian and homeschool survivor who isn’t afraid of bringing his deeply rooted insecurities to the stage. Okay, maybe he’s afraid, but he’s doing it anyway. His observational style and dry sense of humor have pleased audiences across the country. Andrew regularly performs at comedy clubs, churches, conferences, fundraisers, breweries, Uber pools...you get it. He was recently named the grand prize winner of The 2017 Search for the South’s Funniest Accountant. He was also selected to participate in the 2018 Laughing Skull Comedy Festival. Andrew’s parents are still alive so he works clean.

 LIFT is an event designed to empower YOU to make the world a better place for everyone, everywhere. Or maybe just someone across the street. This event is on Monday, September 30th at Rancho Church in Temecula, CA. The evening will be packed with music, fun, comedy with Dustin Nickerson and a talk with Bob Goff to give you and your friends & family that inspiration to go out and make a difference in the world!

An Evening with Bob Goff & Friends

LIFT is hosting a one evening event featuring Bob Goff, author of “Love Does” and “Everybody Always”. Also featured, comedian Dustin Nickerson, as well as live music and other special surprises. We will be highlighting local and global humanitarian movements - inviting people to consider getting more involved. Our hope is that through inspiration and awareness we can help unite like-minded people as we lift the world out of poverty, out of addiction, out of oppression, and out of hopelessness.

What is LIFT?

LIFT is a new gathering of like-minded people who have a deep desire to see our world made into a better place, specifically by lifting burdens from people who are hurting and suffering both locally and globally. We are hosting events that are designed to inspire and educate people to this end.

Everyone is invited to LIFT. You may be a church member, a leader of a local non-profit, a mom, a teenager, a business owner, a volunteer, a city leader. We all, together can make a huge difference in our community and our world.


Who is behind LIFT?

LIFT is currently being planned and managed by members of Rancho Church in Temecula, CA. Our vision is to grow this event into a regional conference event that will continue to inspire and educate all who attend to make the world a better place.

About Bob Goff

Bob Goff is the New York Times Best-Selling Author of Love Does, as well as an attorney who founded Restore International, a nonprofit human rights organization operating in Uganda, India and Somalia. Bob is a sought after speaker for leadership, church and university events, inspiring current and future influencers to get to the "do" part of life. Choosing to live audaciously, Bob connects to audiences in a powerfully inspirational, yet down to earth manner. 

Bob has pioneered the vision of Restore International to fight for freedom and human rights, working to improve educational opportunities and to be helpful to those in need of a voice and a friend. Restore has worked with Uganda's judiciary in bringing over 200 cases to trial, as well as pursuing justice, intervention and education for at risk women and children in Uganda, India and Somalia. Restore Leadership Academy in Northern Uganda educates over 300 students with a focus on character and leadership development. Because of Bob's vision and the work of Restore International, he serves as the Hon. Consul for the Republic of Uganda to the United States. 

Bob has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. He is also an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Law School where he teaches Nonprofit Law, and Point Loma Nazarene University, where he teaches Business Law. 

About Dustin

A Seattle native now suffering in Southern California, Dustin Nickerson is an in demand comic on the rise. He’s a two time finalist of San Diego’s Funniest Person and the winner of the San Diego Clean Comedy Competition. Dustin has been seen Laughs on Fox, the PBS Comedy Hour, Hulu and can regularly be heard on Sirius Radio XM, Rooftop Comedy, and the Darren Streblow Show.

Dustin describes himself as “the world’s most average person” but is far from it when on stage. He brings you into his life through his jokes about the struggles of parenting, marriage, and being generally annoyed by most people. At just 33 years old, Dustin has been married for 13 years and has three kids! This helps makes Dustin truly one of the most unique voices in the comedy scene.

Da’Jhana

Da’Jhana Antoine or Day as most people affectionately know her as, has been singing since the tender age of 2. She currently leads a team of worshippers at her home church All Nations Worship Assembly located in San Bernardino, Ca. She has a passion for cooking and baking and enjoys using her culinary skills to make people happy and utilizing her gift of song to glorify God anytime and anyplace!

Brandon allen

Poet, inspirational speaker, artist, minister, Christ follower. These descriptive words embody Brandon Christopher Allen. Brandon was raised in Memphis, TN and learned fast how societal norms affected his self esteem and relationships.

In Brandons metic work and profound thoughts about life events and his walk with Christ, you will gain insight into a world that is equally balanced with the ugly truth and the beauty of coming out for the other side with positivity. His passion for community, Christ, and building up those who come in contact with him are only a few of his gifts.
